Grounds were kept fairly clean, breakfast was great. Thanks to the really kind staff everything was good, including a great selection of delicious food. The location a short walk from the beach was fantastic. The restaurant was good with a cosy atmosphere.

Got twin/double room when arrived, liked that. The offered breakfast was lovely and very very good with best natural coffee. The location within walking distance of the beach was particularly good.

My stay was decent of three nights. I truly enjoyed the room with a big bathroom, the bed was lovely. The location was marvellous and the beach was a short walk from the hotel. Plus it was in a very relaxing area.

Overall it was a nice size and brand-new with balcony. The location was lovely and stunning, next to shops and beach, the quiet area in the village and the garden which was different.

Relaxing and nice accommodation with excellent setting close to good restaurants, the main 'strip' and beach and the bus stop which leads to Agonda. Very welcoming staff during our stay.

The property is relaxing and lovely and the staff is consistently courteous. The location is lovely, not far from the main market, Agonda and the quiet area, we thoroughly enjoyed it. It has plenty of meals to offer, the food is delicious! This is a hotel go-to for Palolem!

The setting was magnificent, near to lovely restaurants for dinner, the main tourist area and Agonda, Cola beach. What's more, it was 5 mins drive from Colomb Beach. Gorgeous and very very good breakfast, especially coffee, tea, toast, butter, and bread, the staff was amazingly kind❤

The food was appetising with plenty of alternatives. The location was great and beautiful for traveling around Palolem, very close to the bus stop which leads to Agonda and the main tourist area.

Magnificent location really close to local beach, shops and restaurants, bars/restaurants and a residential area, I felt safe. The rooms were neat and nicely furnished, they come with a balcony, super comfortable bed and all the required amenities.

The location was exceptionally nice and magnificent in a very relaxing area, short walk to the main tourist area and the nearest bus stand. Everything met required needs, I would use them next time.

We would recommend it. The property's location was lovely, in the garden which was different. Easily reached Magic World Restaurant, located just a short stroll away from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

Appreciated my twin/double room with comfortable bed and balcony plus all the required amenities. The food provided was outstanding! All of the staff members were absolutely kind and pretty friendly.

Its location in Palolem was incredible, adjacent to a residential area, and the amazing Palolem beach. Located away from the main road, it was easy to find.

Pity, but the beds were very hard.

The location was stunning in the garden which is nothing short of gorgeous. Moreover, it's just next door to the bus stop which leads to Agonda, lovely restaurants for dinner and the quiet area in the village.
